John Turner, the President of John Turner Consulting, is a graduate Civil Engineer (Chi Epsilon) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over 34 years’ experience in the consulting engineering industry. He serves as Principal-in-Charge and continues to project manage key contracts and projects. John remains active in the daily operations of JTC and encourages clients to reach out to him directly. John’s vision has steered JTC from a one-man operation in New Hampshire, to a $23M+ firm with technical professionals located throughout New England. Proudly serving public and private clients in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York.

Benjamin Grigas, P.G., C.G.

Senior Vice President

Benjamin has been working in the environmental industry for over 20 years as a Professional Geologist, Project Manager, Contract and Client Account Manager. He has been responsible for the management and execution of a wide range of projects including environmental assessment, remediation, industrial hygiene and environmental compliance. He has managed clients and contracts for federal, public, and private clients, both locally and nationwide.

Asher Anderson, CCM, CPESC

Senior Vice President

Asher joined JTC as a Resident Engineer and has advanced to the role of Senior Vice President over his seven-year tenure, growing alongside the company.
In his current role, Asher oversees JTC’s state and federal agency construction support contracts, seven construction materials testing laboratories across New England, and the Special Inspections program that complements these laboratories. He also leads our Asset Management and Evaluation program, which includes Pavement Management and concrete and steel asset condition testing, along with other initiatives that support agencies, owners, contractors, and design engineers in successfully delivering projects.
With a team of ambitious group directors and branch managers, Asher has played a key role in driving JTC’s sustained growth. His leadership has been instrumental in integrating multiple acquisitions, securing agency term contracts and prequalifications, and expanding service lines and contractor support capabilities.

Steve brings over 26 years of experience and a proven track record of providing clients practical solutions to complex geotechnical issues. He specializes in providing geotechnical design services for retaining walls, excavation support, deep foundations, underpinning, slope stabilization, and dewatering.

Marie Shelley

Business Development Director

With nearly 20 years of business development experience in the built environment, Marie leads JTC’s growth strategies, identifying opportunities throughout New England to drive advancement across all disciplines. With a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach, she is deeply engaged in the industry, fostering connections and strategic initiatives that align with JTC’s mission and vision. Marie is actively involved with Plan New Hampshire, the Middlesex 3 Coalition, and MEREDA. She also serves on the boards of the Maine Better Transportation Association and SMPS Northern New England.

Andrea W. Kenter, P.G.

Director of Environmental Consulting

Andrea has 30+ years of environmental consulting and regulatory experience, with an emphasis on site hydrogeological analyses and site characterization. Her current area of expertise focuses on assessment and reporting of site conditions for all phases of petroleum and hazardous waste site investigations. Additional experience includes feasibility evaluations, development of Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), and implementation of chosen remedial alternatives with an emphasis most recently on in-situ chemical oxidation applications.

Nicholas Lisowski

Director of Pavement Management

Nicholas brings over 14 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in project management, construction quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) management, as well as materials testing and inspections. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee and deliver complex projects across various sectors, including design-build, airport rehabilitation, highway construction, and facility development. Nicholas has worked with a diverse range of agencies and private sector owners, successfully managing projects from conception through to completion. His extensive experience encompasses coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing rigorous quality control measures to meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. With a proven track record of excellence and a deep understanding of project lifecycle management, Nicholas continues to be a trusted leader in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely results.

Ellen Ianello

Director of Construction Services and Special Inspections

Ellen supports our clients’ construction projects through construction management, special inspections and testing, along with quality control and quality assurance. She has a diverse background managing work on projects ranging from large-scale utility upgrades and public works projects, to commercial and residential development. Working with local municipalities, design teams, developers and construction teams gives Ellen a unique skill set to successfully coordinate a variety of construction scopes and testing.

Vincent Giambrocco

Senior Principal Lead - Building Sciences

With more than 35 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Consulting, Vinny is a highly skilled professional. Vinny routinely conducts complex pre-demolition surveys for asbestos, lead paint, PCB assessments of building materials and stained concrete and equipment surfaces, equipment oils, and other hazardous materials. He provides abatement cost estimates for multiple building disposition options, including partial abatement, and project specifications for complete facility abatement and demolition. In addition, he produces full sets of abatement contract documents, administers bid walkthroughs, and provides general contractor and construction management services for asbestos and hazardous materials removal operations.

Alan Rogers

Director of Sustainability & Energy Services

Alan has nearly 20 years of experience in the energy services industry, during which he has constructed and executed national energy retrofit programs for over 2500 projects, saving customers millions in utility expenses while reducing their carbon footprint. Alan possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to identify opportunities for reductions in maintenance and energy expenses in all facility types, including commercial/industrial, retail, food retail, manufacturing, and logistics facilities. These project types include LED, refrigeration, controls, ECM, VFD, and refrigerator case door retrofits. Alan’s projects have a return on investment and cater to the client’s specific needs.

Lisa has over 20 years of marketing experience in various industries. She’s skilled in building relationships, sharing a company’s message, corporate branding, website development, event planning, and internal and external communications. Lisa leads JTC’s Corporate Marketing and Communication initiatives across all offices, managing advertising, developing media and promotional materials, and preparing proposals.
